So... he's Skynet? They killed Eos and he launched a war on humanity. I assume the Chrono-Assassin was a manifestation of him sent through time and space to kill Charlie for as yet unknown reasons?

I bet they just found the Internet cable and cut it. Those virtual entities are pretty impotent if they don't have the hardware to connect to the network.

And SAM was a computer IT guy....
Maybe it's all linked. Maybe SAM in the future figures out how to stop Mem/Rothwell.

G, I offer my criticism without malice in a sincere desire to aid the makers of this comic. I speak from experience. I illustrated a comic book some years ago where the writers "dragged out the story", and our readership declined severely. Protracted and/or confused writing is never good for any story.
