Actually, there are a great many millions of girls who most decidedly do NOT have feminine middle names. Often the list of middle names given to baby girls amounts more to being a pedigree than names for the girl personally.
I once typeset a birth announcement where the poor baby had been give SIX middle names that were decidedly Family names, and a couple of them were masculine names.
